氧氮氢分析仪是快速、准确分析氧、氮、氢元素的、高性能仪器，整机采用模块化、一体化设计，即主机由可靠的脉冲电极炉、高灵敏高精度的检测系统、布局合理和气密性好的气路系统、可靠耐用的电源系统、稳定的电路系统、高校节能的水循环散热系统等六个**的硬件模块单元组成。氧氮氢分析仪的测量原理：测量范围非常。分析样品时，样品被称重后放到样品端口中，然后用载气进行冲洗，防止大气（含氧气和氮气）进入到炉子系统中。石墨坩埚在脉冲炉中脱气，以尽量减少自带的污染。经过稳定阶段后样品落入坩埚中并熔融。样品中的氧与石墨坩埚中的碳反应生成一氧化碳。氮和氢以单质的形式释放。载气和样品气体通过粉尘过滤网后再进入到氧化铜催化炉中，将一氧化碳氧化成二氧化碳。二氧化碳进入到红外池中用于测定氧含量，被测后的气体导入化学试剂管，这时二氧化碳和水被化学试剂除去，氮元素通过热导检测池含量被测定。测量氢时，载气换为氮气，样品气体通过舒茨试剂而不是氧化铜催化剂。测氧和氮时也可采用更廉价的氩气作为载气。芜湖力可分析仪采购
